UNITY AIKIDO CLASSES 2013

Hobart & Dodges Ferry for kids from 3 years with parents and age 5-10. &amp. Contact us for times etc on 0413 425 852 or by email at unityaikido786@yahoo.com.au
The samurai Club teaches kids Aikido fundamentals of safety, skill and fairness in a fun games atmosphere. All available senseis help with this group. Kids LOVE the sword skills with foam then wooden swords and the games teach them safety skills effortlessly. They learn to roll and tumble first on soft mats and progress to being safe even on hard surfaces. This class benefits shy children and overly aggressive children, children who are bullied and children who bully. Aikido balances them and gives them a middle way where fun, safety and self-respect are theirs. Good Samurai manners are part of the teaching.

Juniors Club: 11-16 years, with our Adults
These classes are for children 11 to 15 as Juniors. The format is sport and self-defence.

Adults Aikido Club:
Adults entering these classes commence with the Seven Principles Introductory Course which forms the foundation of all Aikido skills. This foundation is present in everything we learn right up to and including black belt. Adult syllabus is divided into Under 35 & Fit, and Over 35 and or Unfit/injured.
